We are one of a very few companies that are authorised to service, repair and maintain VAG vehicles and have full access to the VAG Genuine Diagnostics equipment ODIS, exactly the same as their dealers.

Having the correct ODIS system with the use of GEKO and the likes of Online Service Updates means that we are able to do everything that a dealer can do.

We even have the same Genuine VAS 2052 Diagnostic Equipment that is used in VW, Audi, Seat & Skoda dealer workshops worldwide means that we have all the capabilities at our disposal as a dealer workshop.

We also have additional capabilities that cannot be matched by Main Dealers that allows us to reset and re-program Used Control Units, offering significant cost saving to vehicle owners.

Injector Cleaning & Walnut Blasting

Many modern Petrol engines make use of Direct Injection technology and GDI injectors, Direct injection is a big improvement on old style manifold injector systems but does have a couple of issues :-

GDI Injectors suffer a build up which affects atomisation and prevents injectors sealing properly
Due to the lack of fuel washing the back of the inlet valves the valves suffer a build-up of carbon deposits which restrict airflow.

We can clean and test/calibrate GDI injectors, replacing the once use Teflon seals at the same time and also walnut blast to remove the carbon build-up on the valves at the same time.

We also offer GDI Overhaul, Testing, Cleaning & Calibration as a mail-order service for customers that don't want to travel to us.

ECU Remapping & TCU Remaps

We are also able to remap the engine ecu on VW, Audi, Seat & Skoda models for improvements in Power or Economy or both, Turbo - Diesel engines benefit the most from this process, we use custom built flash files that have been created specifically for each vehicle, providing worthwhile increases in both power and torque of up to 30% and even more on some models.

All our Custom Remaps are calibrated in-house and for vehicles with DSG and Auto Gearboxes we recommend that we remap the Gearbox Control Unit - TCU - to prevent the torque limiters in the TCU holding back the Engine ECU bu restricting the torque. On many DSG Gearboxes the DSG Control Unit or TCU restrict the engine ecu to +50Nm of torque over standard, we can lif this restriction and also change gear change points and speed of gear changes and lots of other technical settings which Set Your Car Free.
